What are the benefits of personal training versus working out on my own?
Personal training offers clients accountability, creative and efficient workouts in a safe comfortable environment.
How do you tailor workouts to individual fitness levels and goals?
We pair our years of experience, education and knowledge to tailor our fitness programs to each of our clients unique and individual goals.
Can I try a session before committing to a package?
Yes, we offer individually priced sessions as well as frequently offering a special for new clients.
How often should I schedule personal training sessions?
Depending on your availability, financing and goals we will help you come up with a suitable plan that fits your needs. Most of our clients train 2 or 3 times a week for a half hour.
How do you track progress and adjust training plans accordingly?
All trainers have different styles of progress reports. We encourage our trainers to start training with a ‘base’ workout that they can come back to in order to track strength gains.
What safety measures are in place to ensure a clean and healthy training environment?
We pride ourselves on our clean and safe environment. We wipe down all equipment after each client, as well as deep cleanings of our entire facility weekly. Our trainers are skilled in adapting safe ways to build clients up to comfortable weights and exercises.
Can I book sessions online or through a mobile app?
We run all of our booking and purchasing through our app. Feel free to call or email us and we can walk you through the process as well.
Can I train with a specific trainer, and how do I choose the right one for me?
Depending on your availability, you can choose whichever trainer you prefer! We are happy to answer all questions about our trainers prior to you meeting with them in person.
What types of equipment and facilities do you have available for personal training?
We offer free weights, cable units, exercise bands, TRX systems, stability balls, rower, Peloton bike, Peloton Tread+, barbells, and multiple other pieces of equipment to help clients reach their goals
How do you accommodate scheduling conflicts or cancellations?
We pride ourselves on working with clients with conflicts and being flexible. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy to keep you accountable and striving towards your goals.
What is the pricing structure for personal training sessions and packages?
Our pricing varies in length and frequency of sessions. The more often you train, the less expensive it is per session. All of our pricing options are listed on our website and app.
Can I pay for sessions on a pay-as-you-go basis, or do I need to purchase a package?
We do require sessions to be paid for upon booking in order to reserve your spot and our trainers time. You do not need to purchase a package and we do not require any contracts.
Can I speak with current clients for testimonials or references?
We have testimonials on our website as well as on our Facebook page. We are happy to connect you with current clients for references.
